Returns and refunds

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Email a photo of the bag and the packaging to hello@fruitingbody.io within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge. Photo proof is required.

Unopened bags. Unopened, unused bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $5.99 is deducted from the refund. Email hello@fruitingbody.io for a return authorisation before shipping anything back.

What we can't accept. This is a food product, so we cannot accept opened bags and cannot refund for taste or preference. Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
